We want you to be happy with your MyLeaseCheck report. This policy explains when you can get a refund. It sits alongside — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our promise: if your report doesn't arrive, or something went genuinely wrong with it, email us at hello@myleasecheck.com.au within 7 days and we'll make it right — either by fixing the report or refunding you.

You can cancel your monthly Landlord/Agent subscription at any time through our billing portal, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described. For major failures you may be entitled to a refund.
Email hello@myleasecheck.com.au with your name, the email you used to order, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
