Automated analysis disclosure

Your lease is analysed using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The AI reviews the clauses in your agreement against current tenancy legislation and generates your report. A human may review reports before they are sent. Our analysis is informational only and is not a substitute for legal advice (see our Terms of Service).

Your lease and contact details are stored securely using reputable third-party services (including Google Drive for document handling and Gmail for delivery). We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.

We delete uploaded lease documents within 30 days of completing your report. We retain basic transaction records (such as your email and the date of purchase) only as long as necessary for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

We only disclose your information to the third-party service providers necessary to run our service:
